I was born and raised in Gambia west Africa in a small village call Dobo.
I went to school for two different majors. I have an associate degree in computer information system from Portland Community College, and then went back to school and got my RN from Everett Community College. I’ve never actually used my computer degree.
I came to the United States in December of 1992.
I have been an RN for five years now. I worked as a floor nurse for about a year before becoming a nurse manager. Prior to that I was a CNA for 17 years. I’ve spent my nursing career in skilled nursing facilities as well as six years in private care giving as a CNA.
In my free time I like to watch sports on tv, spend time with my kids, and being outdoors gardening as long as the weather permits
